Leslie Krasne, Clinical Intern

Leslie is committed to supporting clients on their healing journey. She believes the road to healing is different for each client and supports each client’s unique path with compassion and by creating a safe place to explore.

Leslie supports adult clients through a wide range of difficulties including trauma, grief, chronic illness, existential crisis, gender and sexuality issues, work stress and relational distress.

Currently she is completing a Master's degree in Counseling at Southwestern College in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She has completed additional course work in addictions, interpersonal neurobiology, couples counseling and has a certificate in Ecotherapy. She is heavily influenced by her studies of interpersonal neurobiology and attachment theory and how our neurobiology and childhood relationships combine to affect our adult lives and relationships.

On a personal note, Leslie is originally from Chicago and has lived in Upstate New York, Seattle and New Mexico prior to moving to the Asheville area. When she is not at the clinic, she enjoys connecting with nature by gardening, hiking and exploring Asheville with her partner and their dog.

Leslie is currently accepting new clients.
